Project Overview


We have developed this secure, web-based, document management system to add to our list of products.



This app is used by various clients to create directories and to store and share documents in a well designed and professional manner.



Problem & Solution

Many organizations lose important papers and still use the traditional method of saving files to a flash drive and driving to their client to manually deliver documents. We developed this web application to save time and costs.

Email Reminders

Email notifications are sent out to remind owners when a document is soon to expire.

Organised Directories

Users can set up their own, preferred directory structure with multiple directories and sub-directories.

User Security

The app allows for secure authentication with different access and edit rights on documents.

Document Owners

Documents are linked to a responsible person.
